Quick Contact Import

When was the last time you needed to quickly import a small contact list, but still had to go through a long, overly complex import process? Not a full CRM migration – just a simple file with a few columns and no associations. Until recently, even these basic imports required using the full Advanced import process. HubSpot has now made Quick Contact Import available to all customers. This option was previously limited to Free and Starter plans as part of onboarding, but it is now available for Professional and Enterprise accounts as well.

What is available now

Most contact imports are straightforward:
  • Single-object contact lists
  • Fewer than ten properties
  • No associations required

For these cases, you can now select “Quick import (contacts only),” upload your file, map the properties, and complete the import quickly.

Social Settings Simplification

If you manage social accounts in HubSpot, this is a small but useful update.Social settings have been simplified and moved to a single Accounts page.Previously, checking something as basic as which accounts were connected or expired often required clicking through multiple tabs. If publishing stopped, it was not always clear where to look first. That has now been streamlined.

Faster, Safer & More Focused Support

Support queue full of half-finished tickets, “waiting on someone,” and the occasional spam message? These new Service Hub updates will help.Three small but powerful improvements have just arrived in HubSpot’s help desk – all designed to make support work feel a little easier.
