We all know how important content personalization is. In practice, though, personalizing website pages has often been difficult to execute and even harder to maintain.
Creating multiple versions of the same page usually meant copying pages, manually updating content, and keeping track of small inconsistencies. Over time, this increases complexity and the risk of errors — especially on larger websites.
HubSpot is addressing this with an upcoming update to the Personalization app, which is expanding from landing pages and CTAs to website pages.
Personalizing website pages without duplication
With this update, you can create audience-specific variants of the same website page, all managed in one place.
Instead of duplicating pages, you work with a single page structure and define different variants for different audiences. This makes personalization easier to manage and reduces the risk of content drifting out of sync.
How this works in practice
Using the Personalization app, teams can now:
-
build multiple variants of a website page for different audiences,
-
maintain a single, clean page structure without copies or inconsistencies,
-
analyze and compare how each variant performs.
Variants can be configured manually for full control, or created using AI-assisted setup to speed up the process.
Why this matters
This update doesn’t change what personalization is — it changes how manageable it becomes.
Website personalization is now easier to scale, easier to maintain, and easier to analyze, without introducing unnecessary complexity into your content setup.
Availability
This update is currently in Private Beta, with public release planned for February 9, 2026.
The Personalization app supports website pages in Content Hub and Marketing Hub Professional & Enterprise.
