Form Submissions on the Company Record

Working with multiple contacts in one company — and still checking form submissions contact by contact?

In B2B environments, engagement rarely happens through a single person. One stakeholder downloads a guide, another signs up for a webinar, someone else requests a demo. Until now, if you wanted to understand how a company was interacting with your content, you had to open each associated contact record separately and manually piece together the timeline.

HubSpot has now simplified this with a new public beta feature: Form Submissions on the Company Record.

What changed

Form submissions from all contacts associated with a company now appear directly on the company record activity timeline.

Instead of reviewing individual contact histories, you can see all form submissions in one place — organized chronologically at the company level.

This works automatically based on existing contact–company associations in your CRM.

What this means in practice

On the company record, you can now immediately see:

  • who submitted which form

  • when it happened

  • how engagement evolved over time across the entire account

This creates a clearer view of account-level behavior without switching between records.

Why this matters for B2B teams

For sales and marketing teams working with account-based models, company-level context is critical.

This update helps with:

  • Better visibility into company-level intent

  • Faster qualification of opportunities

  • Clearer context before outreach

  • Less manual checking and fewer clicks

Instead of asking, “What did this one contact do?”, you can evaluate how the entire organization is engaging with your brand.

Availability

Form Submissions on the Company Record is currently in public beta and available across all HubSpot products and tiers.
