It's the first CRM to launch a deep research connector with ChatGPT, giving teams a simple way to apply powerful research and analysis to their own customer data using natural language.Think about asking ChatGPT questions like:
- Which contact cohorts convert the best? Build me a tailored nurturing sequence based on that.
- Segment our deals by revenue and tech stack. Who’s ready for expansion?
- Which support tickets spike seasonally? Help me staff next quarter.
The connector works with key CRM objects like contacts, companies, deals, and tickets, and respects existing user permissions.
How to Enable It
To get started:
- A Super Admin (or user with App Marketplace permissions) must enable the connector in ChatGPT.
- Choose HubSpot as the data source and authenticate your account.
- From there, any user in the organization can toggle it on, sign in, and start asking questions.
Who Can Use It?
It’s available to all HubSpot customers regardless of tier, but requires a paid ChatGPT plan. EU users: Make sure you’re on a Team, Enterprise, or Edu plan. The Pro plan won’t give you access to the connector in Europe. All other regions: Available on Team, Enterprise, Pro, Plus, and Edu.
