You Can Now Use Lists in HubSpot’s Custom Report Builder

 

Ever wondered which of your HubSpot lists actually performs better? Good news for all you HubSpot data geeks out there (us included):  You can now use lists as a data source in Custom Report Builder. Marketing and sales teams often experiment with different audience segments, but until now it's been difficult to evaluate performance at the list level without messy workarounds. HubSpot’s update means better targeting decisions, clearer insights and fewer spreadsheets.

This means:

  • you can compare how different segments perform across your funnel,
  • you can visualise list growth, trends in lead scoring or engagement metrics such as open/click rates,
  • you can answer the age-old internal debate: Which list actually moves the needle forward?
