Spot At-Risk Customers with HubSpot’s New Health Score Builder

 

How do you know when a customer is slipping away? With HubSpot’s new Health Score Builder, customer success teams can now build proactive retention strategies right inside the Customer Success Workspace, available in Service Hub Professional and Enterprise tiers.

What it does

The Health Score Builder lets you:

  • assign points to key properties and activities across HubSpot;
  • roll those values up into a health score on company, contact, or custom object records;
  • automatically label customers as at-risk, neutral, or healthy using score thresholds;
  • preview and test your scoring model before going live.

How it works

Admins can:

  • use lists to define which customers are eligible for the score;
  • choose how values roll up (sum, average, min, or max);
  • set thresholds to flag risk early and guide team focus.
