What it does
The Health Score Builder lets you:
- assign points to key properties and activities across HubSpot;
- roll those values up into a health score on company, contact, or custom object records;
- automatically label customers as at-risk, neutral, or healthy using score thresholds;
- preview and test your scoring model before going live.
How it works
Admins can:
- use lists to define which customers are eligible for the score;
- choose how values roll up (sum, average, min, or max);
- set thresholds to flag risk early and guide team focus.
