New in HubSpot: Embed Meeting Calendars in Pop-Up CTAs

 

You can now embed meeting calendars directly into HubSpot pop-up CTAs, making it easier for leads to book and for you to measure what works. Instead of sending leads to a separate scheduling page, they can book right there, inside the popup. One less click, one smoother conversion.

But it’s not just about fewer clicks. It’s also about getting a better overview of performance data. Each booked meeting now counts as a click in your CTA analytics, helping you answer questions like:

  • Which pop-ups actually convert into meetings
  • How effective are your CTA placements
  • Which messaging or targeting leads to real, qualified leads

This update makes it easier to connect campaign activity with booked meetings without needing custom tracking or external tools.

Who gets it?

This feature is now available in Starter, Pro and Enterprise tiers of Marketing Hub, Content Hub and the Customer Platform.
