HubSpot's new feature to easily manage your email approval process

 

How many times have you gotten caught in a web of email threads, seeking approval from various team members before sending out an important marketing email? It's a common scenario that often leads to delays, inefficiencies and wasted time.

But what if there was a way to streamline the approval process and ensure that everyone could give their stamp of approval with a single click in one tool? All those email threads would be redundant and the whole team would have more time for other projects.

Enter HubSpot's new solution for email approval requests that helps you centralize the process and make it as efficient and productive as possible.

How it works

  • In your HubSpot account, click the settings icon in the main navigation bar.
  • In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Approvals.
  • Under Marketing, click Set up approvals for marketing emails.
  • In the Choose who can skip approvals section, select an option for which users don't need approval to publish content.

Who can use it?

HubSpot's email approval requests are available for Marketing Hub Enterprise users.
