HubSpot Meeting Scheduler Adds Domain Control

Every meeting on your calendar should be worthwhile, but managing an influx of meeting requests that don't align with your priorities can be challenging. HubSpot's Meeting Scheduler has introduced a new feature that gives users more control over who can book their time.

You can now block free email domains (like Gmail or Yahoo) or specific domains from scheduling meetings on your calendar. When someone attempts to book using a blocked domain, they'll receive a notification that their email domain isn't permitted. This ensures that only contacts with business emails or trusted domains can access your calendar.

This simple but effective feature acts as a guardrail for your schedule, helping you focus on meaningful, high-impact discussions while maintaining alignment with your broader strategy. It's an efficient way to ensure your meeting time is spent on priority engagements.
