Finding help and guidance in HubSpot just got more accessible and user-friendly than ever before. The help link is now prominently located in the top navigation, making it easy to get the assistance you need.

The big change: Help link's new home

Gone are the days when you had to search for the help link at the bottom right corner of your screen. HubSpot has moved the help link to a more prominent location, with a sleek new “?” icon right in the top navigation menu. This change is driven by HubSpot’s commitment to improving your HubSpot experience and providing you with more effortless access to self-service resources.

How it works

  1. Click the "?" icon in your main navigation bar.
  2. Enter your question in the "Ask a question" field.
  3. Explore related results for additional resources and information related to your query.
  4. Need More Assistance?

    • Send a Help email
