Emojis are now available in the HubSpot conversations inbox


It has become impossible to imagine our digital communication without emojis. They allow us to express emotion, show personality, and connect on a more personal level. Now, HubSpot is making it easier to integrate emojis into your conversations by introducing emojis to the conversations inbox. 🙌

What is the new feature about?

The conversations inbox serves as a central location in your HubSpot account where messages from all your connected channels will appear. Here you can view ongoing conversations, reply to messages, and even create tickets to track customers' issues.

With this new feature, users can easily add emojis to their messages using a convenient keyboard shortcut and the emoji picker in the toolbar.

Inbox users can now add a personal touch to their messages right from conversations inbox. No more switching to your browser or device's emoji picker – it's all right here!

How it works

  1. Navigate to a new or ongoing conversation in the inbox.
  2. Access emojis quickly by using the Shift + : keyboard shortcut,
    Click the emoji icon in the toolbar to explore the full emoji menu, including frequently used emojis.
  3. Choose from a wide range of emojis to add character to your conversations.

Who can use it?

The good news is that this feature is available to everyone! Emojis in conversations inbox are available across all hubs and tiers, so everyone can spread the emoji love. ❤️
