HubSpot enables marketers to compare ten marketing emails, but you have to find and select each email and compare them. It's a great feature, but it takes a lot of time. Is there a way you can do this faster? To open HubSpot and have all essential information about emails in one place?
Welcome to HubSpot Tips and Tricks! I'm Katarina from Actuado, and in this video, I'll show you how to use the manage columns feature to see the most important information about emails the moment you open emails in your HubSpot portal.
Each HubSpot user can set up their own list of columns displayed when you open HubSpot and go to Marketing and Email.
On the top right side of the portal, click on Manage columns and select which columns you want to have displayed each time you will open emails. Once you set these columns, they will stay this way.
Next time you can select other columns. You can sort them with the drag and drop function and create your own view for emails.
Let’s check how this looks in HubSpot.
Open Marketing and Email.
Click on Manage columns and select among column options. Check the box, and the information will go to the bottom of the list. If you want to list it, scroll to the bottom, grab the columns and place it where you want it.
Once you are satisfied with your selection, save the view and enjoy checking email performance.
