How will HubSpot’s Breeze AI revolutionise marketing, sales and customer service?

Navigating today’s fast-paced business world is a bit like juggling flaming swords — you have to be smart, fast and a little fearless. It’s not about working harder, it’s about working smarter. AI is no longer just a buzzword; it’s already revolutionising the way we tackle the ever-growing challenges of marketing, sales, and customer service. But with so many AI tools available, the question is: which ones really make a difference?

When HubSpot recently introduced Breeze AI, I was curious to see what it could offer. While it’s still early days and some features are still in beta, Breeze AI is shaping up to be a tool that can optimise workflows, provide insights and simplify daily tasks.

Breeze AI

Breeze AI consists of three core elements: Breeze Copilot, Breeze Agents and Breeze Intelligence.

Think of them as a suite of tools that support you with specific tasks and help you better manage different aspects of your work. Breeze Copilot and Breeze Agents focus on increasing productivity and streamlining workflows to make your workday smoother and more efficient. Breeze Intelligence, on the other hand, goes beyond efficiency to give you a deeper, more meaningful understanding of your customers and prospects so you can make informed decisions that lead to better results.

Breeze Copilot: your AI assistant

Breeze Copilot is designed as an AI assistant that is directly integrated into your HubSpot activities. Originally launched as ChatSpot, a standalone app in 2023, HubSpot has now brought this functionality into the platform as the new Breeze Copilot. Whether it’s updating CRM records, creating marketing emails or preparing for meetings, Copilot is there to help.

Breeze Copilot is a generative AI tool, similar to ChatGPT, and is accessible from any page in HubSpot. Depending on which page you are on, you can switch on Breeze Copilot and it will assist you depending on the context of the page and what you want to achieve.

The goal is to reduce the time spent on repetitive tasks, provide you with the right data exactly when you need it, and allow you to focus more on strategic tasks.

Breeze Agents: automating the routine

If Breeze Copilot is your faithful assistant, then Breeze Agents work in the background. Whilst we haven’t had the chance to test them extensively, these agents are promised to take over the tedious, time-consuming tasks so that your team can focus on the bigger picture.

There are currently four agents, each designed to support different aspects of your workflow:
•    Social Media Agent: this agent is designed to automatically optimise your social media content by providing insights and following best practise. (Marketing Pro)

•    Content Agent: created to quickly generate customised content as if you had an in-house content creator on your team. (Content Pro)

You can create landing pages, podcasts, case studies, and blog posts.

For example, if you want to create a landing page, you must first select a goal:

Then you need to define your idea and you can generate the landing page in a few minutes.

•    Prospecting Agent: This agent is designed to automate prospecting so your sales team can focus on closing deals. (Sales Pro)

•    Customer Agent: this agent aims to improve customer service with AI-driven responses and can handle routine enquiries so your team can focus on more complex issues. (Service Pro)

First you set up your customer agent, add additional content and review, assign your customer agent to a chatflow and publish:

In a data-driven world, managing accurate and up-to-date information is critical. Breeze Intelligence integrates powerful data enrichment and intent tracking directly into HubSpot, eliminating the need for multiple third-party tools. With over 200 million constantly updated profiles, your CRM is always up to date, enabling more effective and efficient go-to-market strategies.

AI: The accelerator and transformer

AI isn’t just a tool — it’s changing the way organisations run their marketing, sales and customer service activities. Breeze AI shows how AI can not only speed up routine tasks, but also transform complex workflows into something much more efficient and effective.

In marketing, AI is already making great strides by helping teams create, personalise, and distribute content more efficiently. According to HubSpot, 65% of their users use AI to create content. The result? Faster creation of content tailored to specific audiences, allowing human experts to elevate drafts from good to great.

In sales, the challenge has always been to maximise time spent with customers. In the past, salespeople could only spend about two hours a day selling, with the rest spent on preparation and follow-up tasks. With AI, however, this dynamic is changing. HubSpot reports that AI has reduced the time spent on outreach by 30% and follow-up by 20%.

And in customer service, AI is taking over repetitive tasks and providing better and faster support. This year alone, HubSpot’s AI has solved almost 30% of support tickets. The impact? Service professionals can focus on more complex issues while AI handles the routine requests.

What’s next?

As AI evolves, we are moving from simple automation to a true transformation. It’s no longer just about speeding up processes, it’s about working with AI to drive growth. The key is balance: let AI handle the repetitive, data-intensive tasks while you focus on bringing in creativity, context and human touch.
